Weddings & Elopements

Getting to capture a couple's wedding day is an absolute privilege and honour I have as a photographer. To photograph a day full of love between the couple and their closest family and friends is truly magical. Capturing the love between the couple and the people around them is one of the main reason that I became and photographer and what I love most about photography!

As your photographer on the wedding day, I want to make myself as unintrusive as possible so that I can capture the most naturally romantic story of the day. I really only give a few directions and tips for poses during couples and family portraits to get the best of both worlds of candids and posing. My aim is to capture the special memories of your day, whether it is big or small, so that you can relive those moments by looking at these photos the day after or 50 years later with your family. At the end of the day (literally!), when the food has been devoured, cake has been cut, the dancing has stopped, the guest have left, and the day has gone by in a blink of an eye, you'll still have these beautiful photos to reminisce on.

Elopements and intimate weddings have become extremely popular in the last few years and for good reason. With the rise of COVID-19 and the ever changing rules and regulations in regards to weddings, some lovers just want to be able to call themselves husband and wife already! That is when an intimate elopement is planned! This intimate style of wedding can be just the two of you or with a handful of close friends and family. It is a personal, romantic experience for couples who want their wedding day to be truly about the love between them without having to worry about the guest list or RSVPs. Intimate, meaningful, individual, personal, and in the most beautiful setting, elopements are on of my favourite weddings to photograph.

Meet Ki + Yudi

These two beauties met at work and it wasn't the kind of love Ki was looking for initially but Yudi really grew on her. When Ki found out I was coming back to America for two weeks she knew that was the perfect time to elope with Yudi! It was just perfect timing especially to have her BFF be there on her special day to Yudi. We had only 3 days to get everything together. I was basically their instant wedding fairy godmother. A task Kiara knew that only I can pull off (which thank god we did). Last minute surprises are Ki’s specialty so you can say we make a good team. We got their dresses and jewellery two days before the big day. On the day I gifted them with vow books and a bouquet that I put together. I also did their hair, makeup and of course their photography. You can say I bibidi bobidi booed it. It was so hectic and exciting and honestly I would do anything for these girls.
